The Konzhakovskoye Mountain Ring is the most popular and accessible mountain tourist area in the north of the Middle Urals. The highest mountain peak of the Sverdlovsk region, Konzhakovskiy Kamen (1,569 m), is also located here.
Every year, the legendary Konzhak Mountain Marathon, the oldest and most popular mountain marathon in Russia, takes place here. The country's strongest athletes come to take part in the race. Distance parameters: 42 km and 1,300 m of elevation gain.
